Oh, terribly sorry! I didn't see you there. May I pass? Or would you like to pass? This is awkward...we seem to be at a bit of a standoff. And I'm the only one who brought horns...pity...

Artist's Note:
I love the way bighorn sheep seem to stop and remain frozen in place, as though they are waiting for instructions from head office on how to proceed. This can happen anywhere: in a field, on a trail or even in the middle of the highway. Or as we see here, on the corner of a rocky outcrop.
